Beachfront home with incredible views on one of Exuma's most beautiful beaches. Flamingo Bay has over 1.25 miles of walkable soft white sandy beach. A protective outer reef keeps the crystal clear water calm - perfect for swimming, floating, paddle board or kayaks. There are even small patch reefs for snorkeling right off the beach. There are also several restaurants/bars within walking distance of the villa.
Our home has 4 Bedrooms, all with King Beds and private en suite Bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, quartz countertops and a huge island for cooking and entertaining. Ice Machine for frozen drinks and coolers.

Prime Island Meats: Hoopers Bay area - 20 min. Our favorite. Very good selection, including produce and a butcher counter. Quality Steaks, etc.

Smitty's Grocery: Just past Hoopers Bay - 20 min. Good selection as well. There is also a pharmacy here.

Exuma Markets: Georgetown - 30 min. Largest grocery on the island. Good produce selection. Online ordering available for pre-arrival provisioning.
